By definition, a Challenge is a contest with ourself or others that requires special effort, tests our skills, strengths and Character. The only reward, is the ultimate reward of achievement. Challenges help to push us further than we ever thought we were capable of. It creates excitement, healthy competition, sense of accomplishments and builds self-esteem.
Daily #Challenge – September 10, 2014 – Memory Exercise
If you are anything like me, your brain could use a good workout to improve your ability to remember. Your challenge today is to attempt this memory exercise over the next four weeks to improve your memory. At the beginning it won’t be easy, but as you repeat each day it will become easier. It will not only improve your memory but your visualization and concentration skills as well.
Exercise
When you go to bed this evening, start reviewing everything you did today. Try to recall everything from the moment your alarm woke you up, to the minute you went to bed. Really try to visualize and replay this memory in your mind from the beginning to the end. Repeat this memory and visualization exercise each day for four weeks.
